We support free return, exchange, or full refund services for quality problems caused by our production and shipment, including fabric defects, stitching errors, version inconsistencies, color deviation, and product damage during international transportation.

Evidence Submission Requirements

Customers applying for quality-related returns need to provide clear photos or video evidence to verify product problems. Our after-sales team will conduct objective evaluation and provide targeted solutions such as full refund, partial refund, or product replacement.

Standard Refund Processing Timeline

After returned products arrive at the warehouse and pass official quality inspection, all refund review, verification, and fund release procedures will be completed within 5 to 10 business days.

Unified USD Refund Calculation Standard

All refund amounts are calculated and settled in US dollars according to the actual payment amount of the original order. Refund funds will be returned to the customer’s original payment channel, subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform or bank.
